30-day growth sprints work when execution is mechanical, not when motivation is high. This checklist makes the sprint mechanical — clear daily items, weekly checkpoints, retrospective at the end. Most failed sprints failed because the cadence wasn't checklist-driven.

Week 1: Foundation

Daily cadence (all 30 days)

Weekly checkpoints

Sprint-end retrospective

Common questions

What's a realistic 30-day growth target?+

Depends on starting point. From 0: +200-800 followers. From 1k: +500-2,000. From 10k: +2,000-8,000. Set a target at the upper end of your starting-point range to push, but accept that bottom-quartile sprints will fall short.

Can I do back-to-back 30-day sprints?+

Twice is usually fine; three back-to-back leads to burnout for most accounts. Pattern that works: 30-day sprint → 14 days of sustainable cadence (3 originals + 15 replies) → 30-day sprint. The recovery period is when account quality compounds.

What if I'm not hitting daily cadence by week 2?+

Diagnose: is it time-budget (need to drop other commitments), idea-pipeline (need to bank more drafts), or motivation (early-week energy spike + decay)? Each has a different fix. Time-budget is the most common; dropping to 3 originals + 20 replies usually works.
