Before you write: common answers
- Want a refund? Email
support@autotweet.iowithin 14 days of your last payment. Or cancel from your dashboard and request the refund in the email. - Change plan? Open your dashboard and use the Stripe billing portal. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect next billing cycle.
- Need an invoice with your company name? It's automatic on every receipt Stripe sends. Add your billing details in the portal and they appear on the next invoice.
- X account won't connect? Most cases are a stale OAuth token. Go to Settings → Disconnect, then reconnect.
