AutoTweet is an AI-powered platform for creating, scheduling, and managing content on X (formerly Twitter). Features include AI content generation, post scheduling, analytics, and automation tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

AutoTweet offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Violate X (Twitter) Terms of Service or API usage policies
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create using AutoTweet remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to provide the Service. AutoTweet's platform, branding, and technology are our intellectual property.

7. Third-Party Services

AutoTweet integrates with third-party services including X (Twitter) and Stripe. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

AutoTweet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of followers, account suspension by X, or missed posts.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
