• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details

• Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and device identifiers for security and analytics

• Provide, maintain, and improve the AutoTweet platform
• Generate AI-powered content tailored to your style and audience
• Schedule and publish posts to X on your behalf
• Provide analytics and insights about your X performance
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send important service updates and notifications
• Prevent fraud and ensure platform security

3. AI Content Generation

When you use our AI content generation features, your prompts and preferences are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic Claude) to generate content. We do not use your generated content to train AI models. Your content remains private to your account.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• X (Twitter): To publish content and retrieve analytics on your behalf
• Stripe: To process payments securely
• Anthropic: To generate AI content (prompts only, no personal data)
• Supabase: Our database and authentication provider
• Vercel: Our hosting provider

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. Your X OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained based on your subscription plan (14 days for Starter, 90 days for Growth, 365 days for Pro). When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access and download your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Disconnect your X account at any time
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request data portability

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or sell data to advertisers.

AutoTweet is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
