Common questions about Pro
Truly unlimited accounts? No fair-use cap?+
Truly unlimited within reasonable individual or agency use. We don't have a stated cap; in practice nobody has hit the limit. If you're running 200+ accounts you'd probably want to email us first — but at typical agency scale (10-50 accounts) it's just unlimited.
How do you handle the cron at scale?+
AutoTweet's publish cron uses atomic claims + exponential backoff retries (handles transient X rate limits gracefully). For 20+ accounts, expect the publish window to take 2-5 minutes vs <1 minute for solo users. Posts always go out within ~10 minutes of their scheduled time even at the high end.
Can I run Autopilot on all 20 accounts simultaneously?+
Yes. Each account has independent Autopilot config. The Sunday auto-generation runs across all of them sequentially. Generation time scales linearly — 20 accounts = ~5 minutes of Groq API time across the week, well within bounds.
What about white-label reports for clients?+
Not currently a built-in feature. Per-account analytics dashboards exist; PDF export with custom branding is on the roadmap for Q3 2026. If white-label reporting is a must-have today, Hootsuite or Sprout Social have more mature versions — see /compare/hootsuite-alternative.
Is there a per-seat charge for my team?+
No — Pro is single-user pricing. Multiple teammates can share the login (we don't enforce one user per account on Pro). If you need formal multi-user with role-based permissions and audit logs, that's the Agency tier — talk to us.
