Common questions about Pro
Truly unlimited generations? No fair-use cap?+
Truly unlimited within reasonable individual use — there's no stated cap above Growth's 500/mo, and in practice Pro users don't come close to needing one. If your usage pattern looks unusual we'd reach out to talk before we'd ever cut you off.
Can I connect more than one X account on Pro?+
Not today — every AutoTweet plan, Pro included, connects one X account per user. If you need multiple accounts, email support@autotweet.io; it's the single most requested feature and we'll let you know the moment it ships.
What about white-label reports for clients?+
Not currently a built-in feature. Analytics dashboards exist; PDF export with custom branding is on the roadmap for Q4 2026. If white-label reporting is a must-have today, Hootsuite or Sprout Social have more mature versions — see /compare/hootsuite-alternative.
Is there a per-seat charge for my team?+
No — Pro is single-user pricing. Multiple teammates can share the login (we don't enforce one user per account on Pro). If you need formal multi-user access, email us — that's a custom conversation, not a built-in feature today.
