Can I move from Pro to Agency mid-contract?+
Yes — you keep your Pro subscription running, we layer the Agency contract on top with prorated billing. Existing data + configs transfer; you don't lose any work.
Is Agency a 'real' tier or just a marketing anchor?+
Real — we have ~5 Agency-tier customers as of mid-2026. The pricing-anchor effect on /pricing is a side benefit, but the tier exists because some agencies need things (formal seats, audit logs, custom invoicing) that don't fit credit-card monthly billing.
What about white-label reports?+
Coming Q3 2026 for both Pro and Agency tiers. If white-label is a hard requirement today, Hootsuite has the most mature version — we'd be honest about that gap and either wait with you or recommend you stay on Hootsuite for now. We don't oversell.
