What you can do
Bulk-load 30 days of content
Plan a month of tweets in a spreadsheet; bulk-import as a CSV (live today) or auto-sync via Zapier when new rows are added.
Cross-functional team source
Marketing fills the sheet, founder reviews, AutoTweet schedules. Google Sheets' permissions handle the access control.
AI-pre-filled drafts
Use Google Sheets' GPT functions to draft tweets in-cell; AutoTweet schedules the approved rows. Cheap + flexible workflow.
Multi-language scheduling
Each row has columns for {text_en, text_es, scheduled_at_en, scheduled_at_es}. AutoTweet schedules each variant to the right account.
Setup
Available today: (a) CSV import inside AutoTweet's dashboard — paste rows, hit import. (b) Zapier: Google Sheets (New Row) → AutoTweet (Schedule Post). Native Sheets integration planned Q3 2026.
Common questions
What CSV columns does AutoTweet's bulk import support?+
text (required), scheduled_at (required, ISO timestamp), x_account_id (optional if you have 1 account), media_url (optional, single image URL), tone (optional). Up to 500 rows per import. CSV / Excel both supported.
Can I update tweet text after it's scheduled?+
Yes — open the scheduled post in AutoTweet's queue and edit. The Google Sheets sync is one-way (Sheet → AutoTweet) so updating the sheet after schedule doesn't update the queue. Two-way sync is on the roadmap.
Will Google Sheets formulas work in the imported tweets?+
Formulas evaluate on the Sheet side (e.g., =CONCATENATE) before the row is sent to AutoTweet. The text AutoTweet receives is the resolved formula output. So yes — use formulas freely; only the final text matters.
What's the limit on free vs. paid AutoTweet tiers?+
Starter ($49): import up to 200 rows/month. Growth ($99): 1,000 rows/month. Pro ($199): unlimited. The row limit is part of your monthly post quota, not a separate cap.
