What you can do
Claude for long-form, AutoTweet for posts
Use Claude to draft your weekly blog post; AutoTweet extracts tweet-able sections and schedules them as a promotional thread.
Claude Projects for content systems
Build a Claude Project with your brand voice docs; outputs feed into AutoTweet via webhook for X-specific formatting + scheduling.
Research-grounded tweets
Claude's longer context window (200k+ tokens) lets it read your entire body of work + a research paper, then produce tweets that synthesize both. Pipe into AutoTweet.
Why use both vs. Claude alone
Claude is best-in-class for long-form drafting + reasoning. AutoTweet adds the X-specific voice training, scheduling at peak times, and per-tweet performance tracking. Different layers of the stack.
Setup
Today: copy Claude output into AutoTweet's compose. Better: a Claude tool (function call) that POSTs to AutoTweet's webhook to schedule directly. Best (planned): a Claude MCP server that exposes AutoTweet's scheduling as Claude-native tools.
Common questions
Does AutoTweet use Claude under the hood?+
AutoTweet uses Groq (Llama-class models) for tweet generation — it's the right cost/latency tradeoff for X-length output. Claude is excellent for longer-form work and reasoning; we use Claude internally for content tooling but not as the per-tweet generation engine.
Will the Claude MCP integration ship in 2026?+
On the roadmap — likely Q4 2026 alongside the broader API expansion. The MCP server will let Claude (in apps that support MCP) call AutoTweet's actions directly: generate, schedule, analyze. Until then, the webhook route covers most workflows.
Can I use Claude Projects with AutoTweet?+
Yes — set up a Claude Project with your brand voice + posting guidelines, output drafts into AutoTweet via copy-paste or webhook. The Project's persistent memory means each draft maintains voice consistency.
Which is better for tweets: Claude or AutoTweet?+
Different jobs. Claude is the better general-purpose drafting tool. AutoTweet is purpose-built for X — voice training, scheduling, analytics, X API v2 integration. Most serious creators use both: Claude for brainstorming + research-grounded drafts, AutoTweet for the X-native execution.
